Compensation: The salary range for this position is estimated to be $ – $ annualized, which reflects the company’s current estimate of the potential compensation range at the time of posting. This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position and represents one component of the total rewards package. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, qualifications, and allotted budget.

The Vice President of Agricultural Lending plays a critical role focused on driving business development, cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, and structuring complex commercial loans often exceeding $4 million. This role collaborates closely with credit officers to analyze financials and deliver customized financial solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The Vice President of Agricultural Lending brings deep expertise and wide operational latitude, handling complex or ambiguous work that requires sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills. Team members at this level influence outcomes across teams, lead or support significant initiatives, and contribute to improved performance, quality, and efficiency. They demonstrate strong analytical capability, coach others, and extend their impact beyond their immediate responsibilities.

This position requires existing NMLS registration under the SAFE Act, or the ability to obtain the same upon hire, and maintenance of a status in good standing during employment.

• Establishes a strong presence in the agricultural industry by executing strategic sales plans, engaging key influencers, customers, and prospects, and expanding market share by anticipating customer needs.
• Develops trusted, long‑term customer relationships by leveraging deep industry knowledge, understanding customer goals, credit profiles, and operations, and delivering tailored, value‑added financial guidance.
