We are looking for part‑time and full‑time licensed professional counselors to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions include:

• Training & Supervision

• A dedicated patient base and a consistent referral flow, eliminating the need to worry about referral volume.
• Collaboration with the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with Vitae’s clinical team including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and LCSWs.
• A balanced work‑life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off‑hours are required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided by Vitae.

• Hold an active and organismos unrestricted LPC in the state.
• Completed master’s degree in counseling.
