Guide Star Eldercare is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to deliver neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for elderly patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and related disorders.
You will evaluate patients, establish differential diagnoses, and coordinate care with facilities, PCPs, and families. A valid state license is required, and HSPP is preferred where applicable.
