Compassionate Hospice CNA: End-of- Care Specialist

Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide hands-on personal care and emotional support in patients' homes, assisted living facilities, or inpatient units. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while documenting visits and reporting changes to the care team.

Requirements include an active CNA license in the state of employment, current CPR certification, a valid driver's license with insurance, and at least 6 months of direct patient care
