Job Responsibilities- Five (5) or more years industrial, mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in an automotive machining or manufacturing environment.
- Experience as a journeyman machine repair, toolmaker, millwright or pipe fitter is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
- General machine rebuild skills required. (spindle rebuild, replace bearings, replace hydraulic/pneumatic lines, etc.)
- Knowledge of tool room equipment operation such as Bridgeport, Engine Lathe, Surface Grinder, etc.
- Ability to manufacture minor components in the tool room is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or cellular manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC control systems is a plus.
- G-Code programming knowledge is a plus.
- General welding skill is a plus.
- Basic knowledge and ability to use a personal computer.
- Knowledge of industrial facility codes and practices.
- Five or more years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience in automotive machining or manufacturing is preferred.

- Proficiency with general machine rebuild tasks and tool room equipment operation.
- Welding, CNC, G-Code, and lean manufacturing knowledge are additional pluses.
