💵 Pay: $21.00 – $25.27 per hour + shift differentials
🕒 Shift: 2nd or 3rd | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Allied Enterprises LLC is hiring experienced CNC Operators for 2nd or 3rd shift at our state‑of‑the‑art machining facility in Muncie, Indiana. • Set up and operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes
  , and other CNC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (e.g.,
  calipers, micrometers
  )
• Make basic program edits and assist with CAM programming when needed
• Maintain production quality by performing in-process inspections
• Collaborate with team members on workflow and material handling
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues, especially with Fanuc systems
• Assist with fabrication tasks as needed, including press brake operations and basic welding

• 1+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Familiarity with CNC programming
  , GD&T, and general tooling practices
• Experience operating Doosan, WIA, or HAAS machines is highly preferred
• Understanding of flexographic or stamping presses is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic math skills and ability to read engineering prints
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Exposure to Solid Works or other CAD software is a bonus

• Base pay: $21.00 – $25.27/hr (based on experience)
• 2nd Shift: Additional $0.50/hr shift differential
• 3rd Shift: Additional $1.00/hr shift differential
