Senior Manager, Campaign Delivery Germany; m​/f​/d

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager for Campaign Delivery in Munich to oversee end-to-end campaign execution with focus on AI-enabled personalization. The role manages content creation coordination across internal teams and external agencies, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless cross-channel orchestration.

• Manage campaign delivery lifecycle from briefing through execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Serve as primary liaison between Brand, Production, and cross-functional teams for content planning and execution
• Maintain visibility into content volume forecasts and flag capacity or timing concerns proactively
• Own book of work delivery using Workfront, managing project plans and stakeholder communications
• Review forecasts against actuals to manage team capacity and budget allocation

• 4+ years marketing operations or production experience, preferably pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency with Figma, Claude, ChatGPT for daily operations and project planning
• Experience managing offshore content production teams
• Project and budget management expertise
• Adobe Workfront and program management tools proficiency
• Understanding of brand strategy, marketing planning, and omnichannel campaign design
• Experience working in marketing organizations
