Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager, Content Specialist for its Munich office to oversee content governance, digital asset management, and compliance across German brand operations. The role bridges internal teams and external agencies to build searchable, compliant content libraries that support GenAI-driven creation and European reuse.

• Build and maintain structured content libraries aligned with brand strategy and compliance standards
• Ensure content quality, metadata integrity, and tagging accuracy across marketing platforms
• Coordinate with agencies, teams, and Mosaic to manage end-to-end content production workflows
• Partner with US Content Team to adapt global standards and optimize content for European reuse
• Drive process improvements and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain speed-to-market

• Fluency in English and German
• 7+ years in content strategy, DAM, or marketing operations in regulated industries
• Deep expertise in metadata standards, tagging protocols, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with DAM platforms such as AEM or Veeva Vault Promo Mats
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience managing enterprise content ecosystems and implementing metadata frameworks
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
