• Full-Time, day shift
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• 8 am - 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 6 pm, rotating weekend shifts
• 100% outpatient
• Services include injury and illness care, laceration and I&D, occupational medicine (work comp and DOT physicals), sports physicals
• Procedures include laceration repairs, I&D, EKG, suturing

• FNP or PA certification required
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience required
