CHARGE NURSE (RN) FULL TIME NIGHTS $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS*

Job Responsibilities
:

• Supervise patient care activities performed by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Communicate with physicians, the Clinical Care Organization (CCO), and staff regarding changes in patients’ clinical condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology.
• Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Foster a positive hospital milieu and keep the CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk.
• Provide direct patient care as required, based on staffing and patient acuity, including complex respiratory failure management (ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, BiPAP, CPAP, nasal cannula), sedation/pain management, pressor management, cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management, and long‑term IV antibiotics.
• Treat chronic non‑healing wounds requiring extensive wound therapy (wound vacs, frequent dressing changes).
• Perform general nursing duties across all departments with adequate supervision.

Job Requirements
:

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
