How You Will Make a Difference- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures.
- Active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
- $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS.
