Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ICU patient care following established protocols and standards

• Manage patient assessments, treatments, and monitoring during night shifts

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and documentation requirements

• Float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license (must be in hand prior to start date)

• Minimum of 18 months ICU experience

• ACLS and BCLS certifications required; NIH preferred

• Ability to work night shifts (4x12-hour shifts)

• Must have two supervisor references

• Willingness to float within hospital or to affiliate facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous ICU experience in a hospital setting

• Certification in specialty areas as required by unit

• Experience with complex patient cases in critical care environments.
