• Pay up to $45/hour based on years’ experience, ICU experience and National certifications.
• Higher hourly rates than market.
• Shift differentials paid for all night and weekend shifts.
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus or tuition reimbursement offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.

RN's will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Some of the medical conditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to respiratory failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity, patients may require sedation/pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics and chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes.

Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate, about changes in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
