Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long‑term acute care setting. Assist with intubation, ventilator, vapotherm, high‑flow, BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannula support. Manage sedation/pain and pressor needs, address cardiac and anti‑arrhythmic management, and treat complicated infections requiring long‑term IV antibiotics. Perform wound care, including wound vacs and dressing changes. Coordinate with physicians, CCOs, and coworkers regarding changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology.

Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response. Perform general nursing duties in all departments under adequate supervision.

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

Pay up to $45/hour based on years’ experience, ICU experience, and National certifications. Higher hourly rates than market. Shift differentials are paid for all weekend shifts.
