Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine; Ball Memorial Hospital

IU Health Medical Group is hiring! We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast‑paced and supportive Emergency Medicine team at Ball Memorial Hospital!

• Full Time, Rotating
• 1664 annual hours, 416 quarterly hours to be balanced over the three‑month span based on requests and department needs
• 12-13 shifts per month (10-12.5 hour shifts)
• 2-4 weekend shifts a month; holidays are rotated
• No call
• Team includes 19 physicians and 21 advanced practice providers
• Patient Population:
  Blue collar community with an active college campus; second highest acuity within the IUH system

• FNPor PA certification required
• If new graduate, clinical rotation/RN experience in the ED required
