LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) PRN NIGHTS
AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Muncie Campus, part of the AMG Integrated Healthcare Management Hospital System, is looking for an LPN for PRN Night Shifts. The hospital is a long‑term acute care facility located on the 5th floor of IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN.
The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care that meets the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
- Communicate with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient’s clinical condition, including diagnostic results and symptomatology.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Shift differentials are paid for night and weekend shifts.
Job Requirements- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current Indiana LPN licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of six months to one year of work experience.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
