Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a geographic area of buildings.
  • Show, walk through, and sell units to prospective residents; handle paperwork flow between prospects and corporate office.
  • Follow up on maintenance and repair requests to keep properties in excellent condition.
  • Address resident complaint phone calls and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when required.
  • Successfully pass annual CHA Section 8 unit screening (if applicable) to maintain revenue.
  • Perform routine drives/walk‑bys of properties at various times.
  • Treat the units and residents as if they were your own.
  • Navigate, update, and work effectively in Yardi and Appfolo software environments.
  • Execute any additional projects or duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile communication.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to show units.
  • Access to a reliable automobile – REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a challenging environment.
  • Knowledge of property‑management software and relevant regulations.
