Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations.
• Participate in recruitment and team development.
• Provide motivating feedback to staff.
• Manage employee schedules.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Support financial management tasks.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirements vary by state (18 or 21+).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with basic math.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to undergo Topshelf Manager Training (especially in Tennessee).
