Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) role rting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Promote and educate guests about benefits, offerings, and services; assist with loyalty program sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain and assist with Target App features and options, including Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Address returns following policies and procedures; collaborate with Leaders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related processes while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• Perform other duties as needed by business requirements.

• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift; exposure to varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
