Our Electrical Install technicians install and replace items within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5‑star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Electrical Install technicians receive hourly pay between $22-30. This role also offers guaranteed 40 hours.

• Use industry experience to read schematics and perform service installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create a “You’re my go‑to company” relationship.
• Always maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

• 2+ Years Residential Industry Experience
• Journeyman/Residential/Master License is a Plus!
• A clean, safe driving record, background check, and drug screen
• High School Diploma or GED
