Salary: Annual salary averages between $75,000 to $110,000 per year.

We are actively searching for a Production Roofing Foreman (Quality Assurance Supervisor) for our Production department.

JOB DESCRIPTION / ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The successful candidate will lead a team of 3-6 workers, have experience with multiple types of commercial flat roofing, and ensure timely completion of projects with a focus on quality and professionalism. The role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and willingness to travel across states including Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Kentucky, and occasionally other states.

Experience in construction or roofing industry, leadership, problem-solving, time management, OSHA & ACR safety protocols, and quality control are essential. Roofing experience is a plus.

This is a full-time, year-round position. PTO is available after one year of service. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed, with travel duration depending on project locations.
