Wage: $17.75/hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with on call responsibilities

The Program Supervisor for our Muncie locations play a key role in delivering high-quality services to individuals by combining direct support responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support. This position ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered
• Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled
• Provide training for employees
• Conduct monthly staff meetings
• Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
• Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
