Position Title: Senior Accountant
Wage: $88,000 - $110,000/year

This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong GAAP knowledge who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, and driving process improvements. This is a full‑time, fully onsite, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and bonus potential.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
• Analyze financial data and variances, providing actionable insights
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation
• Prepare sales tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings
• Maintain integrity of financial records and internal controls
• Collaborate across departments to optimize reporting and operations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and general ledger experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
• High level of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive data
