Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Healthcare to support healthcare initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare, IT, and business teams to support project initiatives.
- Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Prepare project documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
