• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.

• Create and implement Individualized Education Programs tailored to student needs.
• Teach students using modified curriculum and adaptive techniques.
• Assess academic and behavioral growth; adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents.
• Implement strategies for positive behavior and classroom management.
