Key Responsibilities

• Perform civil/site design for a variety of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial land development projects.
• Prepare site layouts, grading plans, drainage designs, stormwater management systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop engineering plans and construction documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with permitting, technical reports, and project delivery from initial design through construction.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and project teams on a diverse portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in land development/site civil engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
• EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
