Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire.

• Attending customers as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
• Operates the front cash counter for receiving the exact bill amount from guests, managing daily cash flow, taking payments by cash or card, and providing exact change when needed.
• Processing billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
• Organizes the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
• Checks snack inventory and communicates with management to order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
• Walks the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park attendance rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (e.g., tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assist and participate in family events and ensure events operate efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements.
• Good finger dexterity.
• Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
• Must be able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
