FP&A Consultant – Multi-Site Healthcare

Remote | Part-Time Contract | 20–30 Hours Per Week

SHR Talent is partnering with a multi-site healthcare organization seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to support its CFO and finance team. This engagement will focus on practice-level financial analysis, reimbursement and collections, cash flow forecasting, staffing analysis, and reporting to executive leadership and the organization’s private equity sponsor.

The ideal candidate brings Director or VP-level FP&A or operational finance experience within multi-site healthcare and enjoys working directly with detailed financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CPT-level activity, reimbursement, and collections by practice.
• Identify trends and opportunities affecting practice financial performance.
• Support financial forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and related reporting.
• Evaluate staffing levels relative to practice volume, productivity, and financial performance.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to finance leadership and private equity stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Director or VP-level experience in FP&A or operational finance.
• Experience supporting a multi-site healthcare organization.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, reimbursement, and CPT-level analysis.
• Hands-on financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate detailed analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Confidence presenting to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.

Engagement Details

Approximately 20–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Remote
