Work Schedule:

3 days a week in Medline's Mundelein, IL office.

Responsible for collaborating with business partners and identifying business problems. Recommends solutions with new or existing processes, applications, systems, programs, or software.

• Education:
  
  Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field
• Work Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of experience in system analysis and configuration, experience with project management
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  Knowledge of hardware, software, and programming. Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams. Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Ability to assess and initiate actions independently. Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
  
  Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Strong business analytical and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated, demonstrated bias for action.

• Experience working with SQL, Word, Excel, Power Point, JIRA, and Visio.
• Experience with Quoting/Manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Custom application development (.Net based web applications/services).
