COMMERCIAL FINANCE DIRECTOR USA (m/f/d)

Tampa Bay Area.

For our client, a well-established international company operating in the construction, infrastructure and engineering sector, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader to take overall responsibility for the U.S. commercial organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury and Commercial Project Management
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial performance
• Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity
• Provide commercial oversight of complex construction and infrastructure projects
• Lead contract, claims and risk management activities
• Support operational leadership in driving profitable growth
• Manage relationships with clients, banks, auditors, insurers and external partners
• Develop and lead a high-performing commercial team

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Engineering or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in a senior commercial or finance role
• Strong background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, heavy civil or other
• project-based industries
• Expertise in project controlling, cost management, forecasting, cash flow and commercial risk management
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
• Fluent English, German is an advantage
