Are you a skilled HAAS CNC Lathe operator with a passion for precision and a knack for turning blueprints into reality? Larsen Manufacturing is looking for a talented 2nd Shift HAAS CNC Lathe Setup and Operator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a hands-on role where your expertise shapes high-quality components, we want you!
What You’ll Do:- Bring designs to life by reading and interpreting technical blueprints like a pro.
- Set up and operate HAAS CNC Lathe machines with finesse, loading raw materials and dialing in the perfect cutting paths.
- Program product designs into our cutting-edge computer modeling software with precision.
- Keep quality top-notch by performing checks throughout the process and on finished pieces.
- Troubleshoot like a champ to keep production humming smoothly.
- Keep your HAAS machines in peak condition with routine maintenance and a little TLC.
- Share your know-how by training up new team members on the art of HAAS lathe operation.
- Be a key player in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills make a real impact.
- Work with top-tier tools and technology, including HAAS Lathe Machines you already know and love.
- Report to a supportive Production Supervisor who values your expertise.
- Flex your mechanical mastery and premium skills like CAD and GD&T to boost efficiency and quality.
- A high school diploma or GED – your foundation for success.
- Proven experience as a HAAS CNC Lathe programmer and operator – you’ve been there, done that, and nailed it.
- Proven experience with Mastercam software.
- Independence, reliability, and the drive to meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- The stamina to stand tall and lift heavy loads when the job demands it.
- A knowledge of HAAS Lathe Machines – they’re your tools of the trade.
