Machine Operator - Cooked Multi Vak
Kilcoy Global Foods North America is hiring a Machine Operator for our Cooked Multi Vak line. The role involves daily operation of assigned machine(s) on the production line, ensuring quality, efficiency, and food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities- Understand, program, and maintain the machine to run properly for production, performing all necessary checks and entering data into the tablets.
- Ensure products and services meet all required quality specifications before reaching the consumer.
- Set up lines on time and keep production running according to scheduled run times.
- Maintain or exceed yield and efficiency goals throughout the shift.
- Observe and maintain company sanitation and food‑safety standards by keeping a clean, neat, and organized work area.
- Follow all GMP guidelines, including regulations such as HACCP, OSHA, and USDA.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Previous experience in a food production environment required.
- High level of technical proficiency to assist operators in problem solving, exercising judgment, and meeting or exceeding production processes.
- Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Physical Requirements
- Cold production setting with concrete floors; stand at ~38°F for at least 7 hours per day.
- Handle cold and wet products throughout the shift.
- Lifting: 50 lb several times a day and occasionally 70 lb.
- Visual and auditory alertness for forklift traffic and product evaluation.
- Repetitive hand and arm motions, occasional overhead reaching.
- Work in aisles or narrow passageways.
Kilcoy follows the SQF System and is under USDA meat & poultry jurisdiction. All team members are responsible for food safety and quality requirements, receiving regular training and accountability for managing safety and regulatory expectations. Employees should promptly report any food safety issues to management.
