Own the results for 5–8 info businesses doing $100K–$1M a month. $75K–$100K OTE. In-office in Las Vegas.

Pineda Partners runs paid ads, funnels, CRM, and sales teams for top coaches, course creators, and info businesses. We work on retainer plus revenue share, so our clients’ results are our results. We’ve generated $60M+ online. Co-founded by Ryan Pineda (Wealthy Way) and Javier Chavez.

What you’ll own

• Be the main point of contact for 5–8 client accounts. Own retention, growth, and renewals.
• Launch new clients within 3 weeks of signing.
• Oversee the AI that writes our copy and runs our ads. QA everything before it ships: ads, funnels, webinars, and Go High Level  builds.
• Keep creative moving: hooks scripted, filmed, tested, then scaled or killed.
• Read the numbers and find the bottleneck: cost per lead, cost per call, show rate, close rate, ROAS.
• Run weekly KPI calls. Turn performance into plain language.
• Reconcile revenue each month, matching payments to the CRM. It’s how we get paid.
• Support the sales team with payment links and admin.
• Spot upsells. Our model rewards account growth.

What you need

• Senior-level agency experience managing client relationships. Required. We won’t train client-facing skills.
• Strong in paid ads, direct response copy, and webinars. You can spot a weak hook or a broken funnel fast.
• Strong in Go High Level .
• You know info marketing: funnels, offers, paid traffic, and high-ticket ($5K–$50K+). Think the Russell Brunson world.
• You use AI every day.
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. You chase loose ends before they become problems.
