We are expanding our North American sales team and currently have an opening for a Regional Sales Engineer. We are actively seeking enthusiastic customer-focused representatives to join a growing team. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for building relationships and communicating with customers regarding the ordering process, returns, special quotations, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with customers regarding orders/returns; establishing terms, pricing, appropriate products for the application.
- Promote product sales through proactive customer contact, sharing special offers, facilitating usage of website, etc.
- Process orders in the company information systems.
- Serve as the key contact between the company and its customers. Assisting Service and Accounting department with their customer contacts when needed.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Accurately process a high volume of transactions.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Internship, customer service, or office administration experience.
The salary for these positions starts at $40,000-$60,000 base salary. Employees are also eligible to receive performance bonuses. Pay may vary based on individual expertise and regional factors.
