We are looking for trusted advisors and strategic hunters who know how to navigate complex hospital sales cycles, command clinical and surgical environments, and bring a proven history of tenure and stability.

Available Portfolio Tracks & Key Responsibilities

• Capital Equipment Sales Track: Lead long-cycle, high-value sales presentations, biomedical evaluations, and C-suite negotiations for major hospital infrastructure and procedural suite equipment.
• Medical Device Sales Track: Drive clinical adoption of advanced surgical and specialty devices, providing direct OR support, physician engagement, and technical product expertise.
• Acute Care Disposables Sales Track: Manage high-volume consumable and medical-surgical product lines, partnering closely with hospital materials management, nursing leadership, and Value Analysis Committees (VAC).
• Cross-Functional Hospital Penetration: Cultivate deep relationships across hospital C-suites, Value Analysis Committees (VAC), supply chain leaders, and key clinical department heads to expand market share and protect existing accounts.
• Territory Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a comprehensive business plan to maximize product utilization across regional health systems and standalone acute care facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:3 to 5 years of direct medical sales experience selling specifically into the hospital environment (across capital equipment, devices, or disposables).
• Track Record of Stability: We value long-term career commitment and professional tenure. Candidates must showcase consistent quota attainment and a stable career history (no "job hoppers").
• Local Market Impact: Established, active relationships with key decision-makers across Chicago and Chicagoland hospital networks/IDNs are a distinct advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally across the Greater Chicago territory on a daily basis.
