GTM Engineer - Clay

I'm partnering with a growing healthcare technology company that's looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer specializing in Clay to build and scale its outbound growth engine.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team as its first GTM Engineer, working directly with GTM leadership to build the systems that identify target accounts, uncover buying signals, enrich prospect data, and turn those insights into qualified sales meetings.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and optimize Clay workflows for account research, contact enrichment, prospecting, and buying-signal identification.
• Develop automated outbound systems, including email infrastructure, deliverability monitoring, and multichannel sequences.
• Build AI-powered workflows for lead classification, account research, personalized outreach, and reply triage.
• Integrate tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, and other GTM platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Write Python or JavaScript when custom integrations or more advanced workflows are needed.
• Test, measure, and continuously improve pipeline generation processes as the business scales.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Rev Ops Engineering, or outbound operations.
• Hands-on, production experience building Clay workflows for a sales or growth team.
• Experience building cold email infrastructure and maintaining strong deliverability.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python or JavaScript.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows using tools such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its API.

Experience at an early-stage B2B startup, Clay certification, or selling into healthcare or multi-location businesses is a plus.
