Party Coordinator

Job Summary

The Party Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact at Urban Air Adventure Parks and design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, corporate events, sports groups, and other group celebrations.

• You love working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment scene.
• You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You love talking to and selling value‑add to customers.
• All leads are responded to in a timely fashion – next business day.
• You haven't met a goal you can't beat.
• You like booking sales three months in advance.
• You excel at ensuring the customer experience is excellent.
• You have the ability and willingness to resolve conflict quickly and fairly.

• Non‑typical family entertainment environment with large attractions.
• Business casual dress code.
• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
