• Propel Montour High School

• Prior Varsity or Junior Varsity coaching experience
• Preferred: experience as a head coach or assistant coach, playing experience, and demonstrated ability to build a successful varsity program
• Responsibility for supporting the head coach and program development
• Experience supporting the Varsity program with the head coach and athletic director
• Experience implementing off‑season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations
• High level of personal organization and planning
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel

• Up‑to‑date TB Test
• Act 34 Criminal Clearance
• Act 114 FBI Clearance
• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training

• High School Diploma or better.
• Proven experience as a coach at the youth and/or interscholastic levels (Preferred)

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
