• Lead the expansion and management of the new CTA Campus in Münsingen.
• Develop training programs in collaboration with Product Management.
• Ensure quality training by preparing internal specialists and instructors.

• Higher education in HVAC with project management experience.
• Experience in adult education and training.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.

In this newly created position, you will take on the expansion and operational management of the new CTA Campus in Münsingen. In particular, you will ensure the professional preparation and organisation of the educational offerings; your experience as well as your innovative strength are highly welcome. In addition, you will benefit from the short decision-making paths in an SME and will be supported by colleagues from the specialist departments as well as product management.

• Expansion, development and operational management of the CTA Campus
• Definition of the annual programme in collaboration with product management
• Creation of concepts for training formats, both physical and digital
• Preparation of internal specialists who teach the various modules and sustainably engage the course participants
• Ensuring the professional and didactic competencies of internal and external lecturers
• Conducting individual training modules

• Training in the HVAC field with further advanced education
• Several years of professional experience as a project manager or in technical/customer service
• Interest or experience in adult education, training, didactics
• Structured, independent and implementation-strong working style
• Enjoyment of the mix of conceptual and operational activities
• Confident in German, both spoken and written
