Deposit Reconciliation Rep

The Deposit Reconciliation Representative is responsible for reconciling the daily bank transactions to verify individual practice deposits have been credited and reported consistent with organizational policies and practices. Communicates to management if cash discrepancies, other issues or trends are identified.

• Reconcile finance reports to Enterprise Payment Query Reports.
• Scan deposit and other financial documents into correct electronic drives.
• Creates Enterprise Payment Query Report for each clinic.
• Pull Finance Deposit Report and sort by clinic.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday 8am
  -4:30pm

• Required High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Cash handling or cash processing Required
