Client Transaction Coordinator - Real Estate & Mortgage

Note:

This is a part‑time position with the opportunity to grow into full‑time. Our team has an exciting opportunity for a Client Transaction Coordinator to manage real estate and mortgage documentation with precision and professionalism. In this on‑site role (Tuesday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM), you’ll serve as the central point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders, coordinating transactions from contract to close while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

This position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who thrive in an organized environment and enjoy keeping multiple transactions on track. The role offers the opportunity to grow into a full‑time position as the company expands.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all real estate and mortgage transaction paperwork and documentation.
  • Collect, review, and organize client documents for loan applications, disclosures, and underwriting requirements.
  • Upload and maintain files in transaction management platforms (Sky Slope, Arive, or similar).
  • Ensure all documents meet brokerage, lender, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, agents, title companies, and lenders to maintain progress.
  • Track file progress, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate timelines.
  • Prepare and send documents for electronic signature and maintain transaction logs.
Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage processing, or transaction coordination preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sky Slope, Arive, or similar transaction management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements for real estate and mortgage files.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Professional, integrity-driven, and team-oriented mindset.

Compensation: $15 hourly
