Location: NW Indiana

Structure: Permanent Placement - Full Time & Part Time

Schedule: 8, 10, 12 or 14 shifts a month

Hours:

Mon-Fri: 8am - 8pm

Sat-Sun: 8am - 6pm

Procedures: Typical Urgent Care

Must be okay with supervising midlevels (signing charts, and overseeing NPs)

Must be okay with floating to other clinics in the same area, as needed

80% walk-in, 20 scheduled follow up mix.

Requirements:

Must be board certified in FM or IM
