Permanent MD/DO Family/Internal Medicine
Location:
Munster, Indiana Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Munster, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice in a vibrant suburban community with easy access to the Chicago metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and/or all-age populations
Diagnose and manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses
Focus on preventive medicine, patient education, and wellness0
Work collaboratively with other providers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
