Responsibilities:- Provide long-term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease
- Clinic patients per day: 20-25
- Call Rotation: 1:6
- Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests, including 2D/3D echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, Holter monitoring, and cardiac CT/MRI
- Conduct risk assessments and implement lifestyle or pharmacological interventions to prevent the progression of cardiovascular disease
- Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons to determine when invasive procedures are necessary and provide post-procedural medical management
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular Disease
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Highly Competitive $500-$650k starting based on years of experience with total comp often exceeding $750k.
- Contract bonuses off of RVU’s and quality metrics
