• Support the planning, design, and construction of highway and transportation projects.
• Develop creative solutions to complex challenges in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other professionals to deliver innovative solutions.
• Build strong client relationships alongside experienced project managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Experience designing and constructing municipal, state highway, or transportation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Experience designing multi‑discipline infrastructure projects.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $70,000–$80,000 based on skill set and experience. Full benefits package details are available on the SEH Hiring Journey.
