- Lead a dedicated team delivering work for the Indiana Department of Transportation.
- Manage all phases of highway projects, including planning, design, and construction.
- Devise creative solutions to complex challenges in partnership with engineers, designers, and other professionals.
- Maintain strong client relationships from development through completion and foster new ones.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers to support their professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana.
- Strong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design, and construction.
- Experience with Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) projects.
- Specialized experience in highway and transportation planning, design, and construction.
- Project‑management experience focused on highway and transportation initiatives.
- In‑depth knowledge of Indiana regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with municipal government clients.
- Previous experience in proposal and client management, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.
- Live in Indiana or adjacent areas.

CompensationBase salary: $115,000 – $130,000 (dependent on skill set and experience). Full benefits package available through the SEH Hiring Journey.
