• Work effectively in an empowered team environment with engineers and project managers to develop designs and concept drawings into accurate and complete construction documents.
• Produce and coordinate construction drawings with multiple disciplines utilizing Micro Station software.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and lead plan development while coordinating and mentoring other technical staff.
• Work from engineering sketches and calculations in developing preliminary and final plans, quantities and cost estimates for bridges in Wisconsin and neighboring states.
• Assist with construction administration tasks, including shop drawing review and occasional construction site visits.

• Experience in total design, with some experience in bridge design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States.
• Previous experience on DOT projects.
• Working proficiency using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other applicable civil design software.

• Professional Engineer in the state of IN or KY.
• Experience in highway design and construction of WisDOT projects.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 and $110,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
