- Be involved in all phases of highway projects including planning, design, and construction
- Perform hydraulic modeling for bridge and culvert projects, storm sewer design, and other drainage modeling
- Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and build and strengthen new client relationships
- Provide valuable mentorship to team of engineers and designers
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of IN
- Proven experience performing hydraulic modeling for bridge and culvert projects, storm sewer design, and other drainage modeling
- Demonstrated experience working on INDOT projects
- A minimum of twenty (20) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and construction
- A minimum of ten (10) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
- Knowledgeable in Indiana regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
- Previous experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals
- Must reside in the state of Indiana or surrounding areas
