Billing Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Analyst to join our finance and administration team in Guadalajara. This role is essential to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, client issue resolution, and support for monthly financial closing activities within a fast-growing and recognized 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company.

• Invoice processing and accounting entries in three ERP systems:
  EVMI, Jusfin, and SAP
  , ensuring accuracy and compliance with fiscal regulations.
• Monitor and resolve client-related billing issues
  , working closely with internal teams to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.
• Support monthly closing activities
  , including reconciliations, revenue reporting, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and traffic departments to validate billing data prior to invoice issuance.
• Generate and analyze billing reports, credit notes, and financial summaries as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles—preferably in logistics, transportation, or service industries.
• Strong understanding of CFDI 4.0, reconciliations, and accounts receivable processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP, EVMI, Jusfin).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
