Title: Physical Therapist DPT

Job Type: Direct Hire – Permanent

Setting Type: Outpatient – Orthopedic / Physical Therapy

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, daytime hours except working two evenings and working Fridays 8am-4pm are required. No weekends!

Salary: $,000 based on experience plus a competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401k matching and profit sharing)

Start Date: vacant currently but flexible for someone with ability to start by end of May

The Physical Therapist administers necessary physical therapy treatments as determined through an evaluation process for patients who suffer from injuries or dysfunction of systems including but not limited to pre- and post-surgical patients, sports injuries, spine dysfunction, podiatry, and pain management cases. The purpose of this treatment is to help restore function, relieve pain and prevent further disability such that the patient leads a normal life and can carry out daily activities.

• Evaluate and treat patients with various injuries and conditions
• Supervise the performance of PTAs and PT Techs as needed
• Communicate effectively with office staff
• Document appropriately in patient's charts
• Communicate with referring doctor's offices

• Completion of an accredited, Physical Therapist, Master or Doctorate program
• Ability to obtain Indiana Physical Therapist licensure prior to hire
• WILLING TO TRAIN! Although outpatient experience would be a plus
